2009 Lexus RX - clearer pictures surfaced.

Follow-up from an earlier entry on "leaked" brochure images of the 2009 Lexus RX, autoincar.com has posted some images of the actual vehicle. It is unclear where did this photo sets originated from, but it is a LHD version.







Tow-eye hook is still exposed. Probably just got unloaded from a trailer.

Based on the side-by-side comparison between the standard RX350 and the flagship RX450h, the vehicle in this photo could be the base RX350. Note the different grille on the white RX450h. Toyota-Lexus usually differentiate their hybrid variants with a slightly different grille, wheels and blue-ish tint on the tail lamps. However I could be wrong as the brochure images are quite fuzzy. Small items like roof-rails can be optioned as a standard item /deleted by the local market distributors. Also the brochure images refer to a RHD Japan Domestic Market model while this is probably either a North American market or European specs LHD version.

By the way, does anyone realise that in all images of the 2009 Lexus RX, the rear wiper is mysteriously missing? For such an expensive luxury SUV, don't you think that it is stupid to ask if rear wipers are included. But look closer, it is not included! No?

Update: I understand that the rear wiper is now hidden under the rear spoiler.
